IPN’s Participating Provider Directory offers a searchable list of in-network healthcare providers for patients to choose from. Some health plans may offer a specific directory with guidelines and information on providers outside the IPN service area. For plan-specific questions, patients should review their insurance plan or contact their benefits advisor.

Find a Provider directory for locations. Provider start dates may vary and providers may practice at more than one location or group and all locations may not be in-network.
