IPN invites new providers to join the healthcare network

IPN wants patients to have access to the healthcare services they need and prefer. For that reason, patients can nominate a provider who is not currently a member of the network. This may be done by completing and then submitting the Provider Nomination form below.

Provider Nomination

IPN makes every effort to recruit providers requested by patients. The approval process can take several months. To check on the status of a nomination, please consult the IPN Participating Provider Directory or contact the provider's office.

Any services received from a provider who is not listed in the IPN Participating Provider Directory or who has been nominated but not completed the IPN approval process may result in higher out-of-pocket costs. Patients are advised to contact their insurance company or employer with questions regarding network benefits.
